Dear St Jude Family,
This is an update from Fr. Peter to our March 18th message. As a reminder, all public masses, First Penance, First Holy Communion, Sacrament of Confirmation, and religious education activities remain suspended.The vestibule of the church remains open from 9 AM until 6 PM for private adoration. Most sacraments are available only in case of emergency (call the Rectory; 973-398-6377, Option #3 and leave a message marked urgent).

Palm Sunday and Easter:
Celebrations Suspended: Palm Sunday, Holy Week, and Easter masses are suspended. Holy Week and Easter liturgies are going to be celebrated privately by Fr. Peter
Palms NOT Availability: Palms are not going to be blessed or distributed on Palm Sunday.
Chrism Mass Cancelled: The Chrism Mass celebrated at Saint John the Baptist Cathedral, Paterson is cancelled
Holy Triduum Closure: During the Holy Triduum (i.e., Holy Thursday through Saturday) the Church will be completely closed (including the Church vestibule).
General Liturgical Updates:
Penance Suspended: All regularly scheduled confessional hours are cancelled, including Monday evenings.
Daily and Sunday Mass: Mass is available online via the Word on Fire (HERE) and on EWTN from your cable, satellite, or live TV streaming provider.
No Holy Water Distribution: The Holy Water distribution is unavailable.
RCIA Suspension: RCIA students will receive their sacraments at the later date.
Non-Liturgical Updates:
Ongoing Financial Support: If it is within your means, please continue your weekly giving by joining our automated giving program, WeShare (it is free). WeShare supports giving via a credit/debt card or directly from a bank account. Alternatively envelopes can be left in the mailbox next to the Rectory
Business Office Closed to the Public: The Rectory business office is closed to the public but we will be responding to your voicemails (973-398-6377, option #3) and emails ([email protected]) during our regular business hours
All Buildings Closed: All parish buildings are closed. Usage by any organization or individual is prohibited. (unless verbal or written permission is given by Fr. Peter)
Parish Cruise Cancelled: The parish cruise has been cancelled
